How it Works

Request a Quote
Tell us about your logs and your project. If it’s more than a couple simple logs, we can schedule a free site visit within 25 miles of Peoria to plan things out.

We Bring the Mill
We roll in with the sawmill, confirm your cut list, and start breaking logs down into usable boards, beams, or slabs.
03
Stack & Sticker
Boards come off the mill and get stacked with spacers so they can dry properly. You keep the lumber — after some time to dry, it's ready for projects or future finishing.
Pricing
01
Travel | $1.50/mi
We include travel within 25 mi of Peoria at no charge.
Outside that radius, mileage is billed at $1.50 per mile round-trip.
02
Hourly Rate | $120/hr
Our on-site milling rate starts out at $120 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Extra services will require a higher hourly rate and overall cost.
03
Blades | $50
If a blade needs to be replaced due to wear or contact with metal, a $50 blade replacement fee applies.
